Her professional foundation is as diverse as it is compelling. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Social Work while working full-time in law enforcement — including roles as a street officer, detective, and SWAT team member. Her path led her through private psychotherapy and ultimately expanded into coaching and organizational development, bringing forward a unique blend of tactical focus, human insight, and strategic perspective.
